Unit 9
During sleep the brain repairs itself and stores information.If we do not sleep ,then we become tired.We cannot remmeber and may become weaker.People sleep badly when they are not relaxed.They are thinking about work,study,etc.This will make them become weaker.Late at night they always look at emails,make phone calls or eat supper,it will make the brain working so cannot sleep well.To sleep well,we need a comfortable bed, a dark,queit bed room,so that can sleep well.
