BRAIN HEALTH
Brain health is very important. There are a lot of things that we should do to make our brains healthy. First of all, we must to do some physical activities like jogging. Another thing is to be socially active. Finally, we should stay away from fatty foods instead take a lot of healthy food such as fruits to protect the brain from disease.
