Most people know how to keep their bodies healthy. They should involved themself in socially activities and they have to take a good diet. Then, they need to get plenty of exercise and sleep. They should avoid smoking, drinking, etc. People should take a physical activities like go to gym, walking, swimming etc. Beside that, they need to take a brain-healthy diet for example try qiuzzes and word puzzles and solve mathematical problems.
