unit 9 : Brain Power

We can keep our body healthy by having a good diet and avoid smoking. We can also keep our brain healhty by being mentally active and exercising regularly. We can try quizzes and word puzzles, or solve mathematical problems to keep the nerve cells sharp. It also helps to create new cells. Beside that, we should avoid fatty foods. Instead, we should eat nutritious foods such as vegetables, fruits and fish. We can also eat the nutrient 'choline', which is found in foods such as liver, eggs and read meat, helps the brain work better.
