LAKSA KELANTAN
The most important food in Kelantan is laksa. It is really a part of Kelantan culture. People can eat this food at any time of the day but in most homes, they usually have it in evening. In Kelantan, the laksa employs the creamy white gravy which is richer and has full-bodied flavour. The main ingredients is fish flesh, although connoisseurs would certainly prefer the ones made of eels. Laksa is served with ‘ulam’ similar in nasi kerabu, with a pinch of salt and belachan for added taste
