Brain Power

Most people know how to keep their bodies healthy. They should have a good diet, make a lot of exercise and do not smoke.First of all, it is important to stay mentally active. Doing exercises for brain like solve quizzes and word puzzles and mathematical problems can keep the nerve cells sharp. Another thing we can do is to be socially active like joining clubs, or learning new skills. Physical activity is also important. We can do activities like rock climber, cycling and cricket. It is good for our body and brain. Finally, we should eat a "brain- healthy" diet such as eat nutritious food, and avoid fatty food to protect the brain from disease.
