To keep bodies healthy, we must eat a good diet, exercise, sleep and avoid smoking. But, we can also keep brains healthy. Firstly, we need to exercise our brain such as do some quizzes, puzzles and solve maths problem. This will keep nerve cells sharp and also help to create new cells. We can learn new skills and travel to other countries and join social clubs for socially active. Beside that, we must exercise like jogging or going to gym for physical activity. You should careful if you like dangerous activities. It keeps a good flow of blood to the brain and encourages new cells. For brain healthy diet, we need to eat nutritious foods, avoid fatty foods and stay away from food with high cholesterol.
