unit 9-brain power

Most important is to keep our body healthy. It is because most people are not serious about it. First, keep our body always healthy. We must have a good diet, do regular exercise, have good sleep and avoid smoking. Then, for brain we can do more quizzes word puzzle and solve mathematical problems. Social activities can also helped to keep our brain are healthy such as joining club. Besides that, physical activities like walking and swimming are more helpful for our bodies. Lastly, eat some nutritious food and avoid fatty food.
