
We should be socially active to keep our body healthy. We should eat good diet and try to get plenty of exercise and sleep. Avoid smoking, driking, but take steps to keep the brain in good shape. Mentally active exercise for the brains. Try quizzes and word puzzeles or solve mathematical problem to keep nerve cell sharp. It may also help to create new sells. Then, we should practise the brain-health diet. We must eat nutritious food like eggs and livers, avoid fatty food and avoid food with high cholestrol. Besides that, we must involve ourself in physical activity, for example exercise, warking, swimming, joging and gym.
